Subpac M2 Unboxing – Wearable Bass!
I got the Subpac M2 in the mail and had to fit the urge to rip it open so I could make an unboxing video. The Subpac M2 is a massive bass bin on your back. This thing is amazing for production, gaming, and listening to bass music. I will have to make a whole video raving about it. First off though... an unboxing vid. [/fusion_youtube] Right off the bat, I can tell that the creators of the Subpac have a design in mind. The boxing is minimal and sleek. The device its self has a similar aesthetic. Djembe Drum Rack – Ableton Live
The Djembe is a powerful percussion with lots of character and history. A djembe or jembe is a rope-tuned skin-covered drum played with bare hands, originally from West Africa. According to the Bambara people in Mali, the name of the djembe comes from the saying "Anke djé, anke bé" which translates to "everyone gather together in peace" and defines the drum's purpose. - Wikipedia With my new tracks, I found myself using the Tabla and the Djembe a lot. Ages ago I recorded the Djembe and finally got around to editing the samples into one-shots. I then built this Drum Rack and it's found its way into my production a lot. I have found myself rocking out to a lot of Glitch Hop of late. It's just got a great bouncy hard groove to it. I decided to take a week and really dive into Glitch Hop drums. I've been working on a massive collection of Drum Loops for my new Glitch Hop Beat Builder. I programmed a lot of MIDI Drum Loops along the way and decided to make a free/by donation MIDI Library. The MID Library has 66 Drum Beats that are ready to use in your music creation. I am diving back into music production and finding myself obsessed with Arabic scales and instruments. I've always loved the Hammer Dulcimer and created an Instrument Rack. One for western scales and others for the Maqam scales. Updates 432 Live Pack – New Instruments and Manual
I decided to level up the 432 Live Pack. I spent a day making an updated version. The New Version is made in live 9.5 and will work with 9.5+ There are also a few new features. The first big feature is a more in-depth user manual. I've gotten questions of how to manage presets with the Live Pack and decided to make a walk through. Another big update is 5 new 432 Presets. I took some of my free instruments (the Toy Piano, Sub Bass, Kalimba thumb piano and others ) and turned them into 432 instruments. If you already have the 432 Live Pack, then these updates are free.
